Strong Product, UI/UX Designer with focus on eCommerce / Quick Commerce Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a 4+ YOE in Product Design, with atleast 2+ years in a early-stage / mid-sized B2C Product startup Mandatory (Experience 2) - Should have 2+ YOE in an eCommerce / Quick Commerce Company (Past experience considered) Mandatory (Experience 2) - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes Mandatory (Portfolio) - Strong portfolio of UI + UX Designs (Both needed) for Top B2C eCommerce / Quick Commerce (Including case studies, Wireframing, prototypes, Research etc) Mandatory (Company) - Good eCommerce / Quick-Commerce Company or Top B2C Fin-Tech Products Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and delightful digital experiences for our users. As part of our Product and Design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping FirstClub’s user journey by designing intuitive, aesthetically compelling, and conversion-driven interfaces. The ideal candidate comes with experience in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions. Key Responsibilities- Design elegant and functional user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs based on data-driven insights. Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform. Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and design reviews. Ideal Candidate 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other relevant design tools.
