Strong In-House Finance Professional with Core Accounting Experience Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ YOE (if CA) or 5+ YOE (if MBA Finance) in core finance roles within in-house finance teams (not consulting) Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in general accounting, monthly/yearly closings, financial reporting, and statutory audits. Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience in managing payroll and exposure to compliance and internal controls. Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have managed or mentored a team of 3 or 4 Mandatory (Education): CA (preferred) or MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 institute Mandatory (Company): Tech, IT Services or B2B / B2C Product Companies (Health-tech or AdTech sector is a plus) Note: Budget 25L is inclusive of 20% Variable (ie: 20L Fixed + 5L Variable) Notice period not more than 30 days Show more Show less
