ROLE PURPOSE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
· The CEO is responsible for building Gaurisha Astro Services into a category-defining, pioneer brand in occult, spiritual experiences, yantra activation, and curated retreats.
· This role is about execution, control, speed, and positioning, not management theory.
The CEO must be capable of:
· Taking the brand from zero to a functioning, revenue-generating operation within 60 days
· Creating scarcity-driven demand without traditional advertising dependency
· Establishing AdiYant™ as a high-trust, high-authority, selective spiritual institution
· Scaling operations without diluting secrecy, integrity, or brand mystique
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BRAND & POSITIONING
· Position AdiYant™ as a selective, invite-only, evaluation-based spiritual authority
· Ensure the brand is not perceived as commercial, mass, or transactional
· Maintain strict alignment with:
· Secret-society positioning
· Scarcity & rejection-based demand
· Dignified, non-scam, non-fear messaging
Personally approve all:
· Core messaging
· Campaign narratives
· Retreat positioning
· AdiYant philosophy communication
2. BUSINESS BUILDING (0 → FULL MODEL IN 30 DAYS)
Launch fully operational retreat model
Set up:
· Pricing structure
· Cost controls
· Margin discipline
· Logistics partnerships
· Ensure positive cash flow within first operational cycle
· Build systems that scale without increasing fixed costs
3. REVENUE & GROWTH OWNERSHIP
· Own top-line revenue, bottom-line margins, and unit economics
· Drive high-ticket sales without discounts
· Ensure people apply, not “buy”
· Maintain demand-supply imbalance intentionally (limited seats, limited access)
4. OPERATIONS & DISCIPLINE
Build and enforce:
· SOPs
· HR discipline
· Confidentiality protocols
· Ritual secrecy
· Ensure zero data leaks, zero brand dilution
· Maintain strict compliance during:
· Team and Clients direction.
· Personally intervene in any breach of discipline
5. PEOPLE & CULTURE
· Build a lean, non-payroll-heavy team
· Prefer contractual, performance-linked engagement
Hire only people who:
· Respect secrecy
· Can operate without validation
· Execute without supervision
· Remove underperformers fast — no emotional decisions
6. MARKETING & DEMAND ENGINE
Design and execute:
· Whisper campaigns
· Curiosity-led content
· Scarcity & rejection-based funnels
· Oversee WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook strategy
· Avoid mass marketing and guru-style promotion
· Ensure trust, intrigue, and authority remain intact
7. FINANCIAL CONTROL
Own full P&L responsibility
Control:
· Cash burn
· Vendor costs
· Lease vs buys decisions
· Build assets for the company (brand, IP, operational systems)
· Prepare the business for long-term scale.
8. GOVERNANCE & RISK
Ensure:
· No false claims
· No guarantees
· No illegal or unethical practices
· Protect company from:
· Scam perception
· Legal exposure
· Reputation damage
KEY DELIVERABLES (FIRST 30 DAYS)
· Fully functional retreat operation
· Minimum one full bus sold without discounts
· Established AdiYant Selection Circle positioning
· Stable vendor & priest network
· Positive unit economics
· Controlled demand pipeline
