Key Responsibilities: Project Implementation & Monitoring Ensure end-to-end project implementation in alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and annual plans through regular field visits and health checks. Manage program-related data, including the creation of templates, rollout of data collection forms, analysis of responses, and preparation of comprehensive donor reports. Identify project gaps through proactive field engagement and provide operational, logistic, and technical solutions to address challenges. Lead and support a team of instructors/trainers to deliver high-quality vocational training under the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) in 12 schools in Mumbai. Facilitate seamless coordination and communication with key stakeholders such as school authorities, government officials, parents, and students. Organize awareness campaigns to promote skill education and mobilize communities for active participation in NSQF programs. Ensure project processes are efficient, transparent, and timely, contributing to continuous improvement. Employee Volunteering Understand CSR themes and corporate donor engagement expectations to align volunteering engagement activities. Conduct need assessments and maintain a central repository of essential documents, including MoUs, grant proposals, budgets, case studies, testimonials, and feedback reports. Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all internal/external communications related to the project. Develop annual engagement calendars and coordinate planned events with partners and program teams. Prepare post-event reports and ensure timely submission of volunteering documentation in line with CSR reporting standards. Maintain and analyze activities data on a monthly basis and ensure timely feedback loops. Regional Office & Operational Administration Oversee day-to-day management of the Mumbai Office , including facility management, vendor coordination, and staff attendance. Approve local conveyance claims and manage disbursement of raw materials and supplies for partner schools. Maintain stock records and liaise with vendors for services including housekeeping, internet, and pantry provisions. Coordinate onboarding and induction logistics for new staff, ensuring smooth integration into project operations. Requirements Education & Experience: Master’s degree in social work, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project implementation, vocational training, or skill development programs . Prior experience working with government schools, NGOs, or CSR initiatives is highly desirable. Strong understanding of NSQF guidelines and vocational education frameworks. Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, MIS) and report writing. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
