Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated assistant manager to join the aftercare team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in building partnerships and job placement support for the aftercare program. This position is based out of Mumbai and involves extensive travel. Key Responsibilities: Partnerships & Collaborations: Establish direct channels for recruitment/skill training by reaching out to companies/institutes and fostering relationships Visit companies, training institutes, and placement agencies to materialize official partnerships Regularly visit CSA operational locations to support local-level partnerships Coordinate and maintain regular communication with potential partners Assess the quality of training institutes/agencies by taking student feedback, in-person visits, and review meetings Placement Facilitation Regularly track the employment landscape and prepare insights Carry out basic analysis to understand the sector-wise requirements of placements in advance and coordinate with agencies Ensure timely delivery of job readiness training across all locations in coordination with location teams. Conduct regular review meetings with all locations to track placement progress. Ensure the timely updation of youth employment details on the CSA data management system. Work closely with Manager-Alumni to support the career progression of employed candidates. Data Management & Documentation Maintain a comprehensive database of training institutes, companies, and placement agencies Support the central team in preparing program proposals and donor reports with proper data verification Maintain a repository of aftercare program success stories, SOPs, and other program documents from time to time Create presentation decks using data and insights from CSAs existing work to facilitate further partnerships and collaborations. Skills & Qualifications: An MSW/MBA/PGDM in any specialization or a Masters in Development Management. 2-3 years previous work experience in partnerships is a must. Experience working with vulnerable youth and knowledge about skilling/job placements ecosystem. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools. Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Willingness to travel: This position is based in Mumbai and will involve approximately 40% officebased secondary research and 60% travel to meet potential partners.
