Summary

The COO role at Alfanzyme Group will be responsible for overseeing the execution of day-to-day

operations of the company at all levels.

• Constantly look for and hire qualified candidates

for leadership roles across the company.

• Work with HR head to continuously monitor

and improve HR team performance

• Ensure optimized Talent Acquisition &

5 Leadership Council Reviews

• Set up a leadership council consisting of

Department and Function Heads

standard metrics like revenues,

profitability and growth

manufacturing organization.

strong communication skills.

• Biotech Knowledge: Basic knowledge of

biological sciences and biotechnology

• Manufacturing: Knowledge / experience of

manufacturing processes and operations and

functioning of a manufacturing company

• Knowledge of Sugar & Distillery processes

• Knowledge about Enzyme Technology

and applicability to Sugar & Alcohol

companies

• Bio Manufacturing: Understanding of

overall biotech and manufacturing

Experience

• Overall industry experience: 15 + years

• Specific experience: Operations, People Management and Leadership experience for at least

8+ years

Educational Qualifications

• BSc & MSc (Biochemistry, Alcohol Technology, Sugar Technology) from a reputed university
