Chief Operations Officer

You will be responsible for operational leadership by owning the day-to-day operations and translating the founder's vision into actionable business strategies and systems. Additionally, you will be involved in scalability planning by designing and implementing infrastructure, workflows, and policies to support sustainable growth. Process optimization will be a key aspect of your role, where you will analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and introduce tools/systems to streamline operations. Strategic planning is another crucial responsibility where you will work closely with the founder to set quarterly and annual OKRs, business goals, and KPIs. Cross-functional execution is essential, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments to deliver on strategic priorities. Financial oversight will also be a part of your duties, involving managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in partnership with finance leadership or external advisors. You will be expected to create reporting frameworks and dashboards to track key performance indicators for data-driven decision-making.
