Chief Operations Officer

We are hiring Chief Operations Officer - COO for MP Developers , located at Pallavaram, Chennai

To involves driving operational strategy, overseeing daily activities, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams to execute company goals, focusing on efficiency, resource allocation, and aligning projects with the managements vision for growth, with core duties including performance monitoring, budget management, talent development, technology implementation, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning:

  Translate the vision into actionable operational plans, set organizational goals, and define strategic initiatives.

• Operations Management:

  Oversee daily functions, improve workflows, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation (people, tech, capital).

• Project Leadership:

  Lead major projects, implement new systems/technologies, manage change, and ensure projects deliver on time and within scope.

• Performance & Metrics:

  Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and ensure operational excellence.

• Team & Culture:

  Build and lead high-performing teams, manage recruitment/onboarding, and foster a positive, productive work culture.

• Cross-Functional Alignment:

  Collaborate with other C-suite executives (Finance, Marketing, HR, IT) to ensure all departments support overall business objectives.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and investors, and ensure compliance with regulations.
