Maintain and update the tender tracking system. Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification documents. Follow up on tender results and participate in contract negotiations. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years in project execution and tendering in electrical/electronics industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems (e.g., HT/LT panels, transformers, PLC, SCADA, wiring systems, etc.). Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Knowledge of government e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, etc.) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
