Overview

We’re looking for a

hands-on, detail-obsessed Chief of Staff

to ensure daily alignment, follow-through, and performance across all core functions — Sales (Channel, D2C, Inside), Finance/Underwriting, Customer Support, and Data. You’ll work closely with the founder to translate high-level goals into daily execution, ensure teams are coordinated, and build a high-trust, high-accountability work culture.This is not a desk job — it’s for someone who thrives on

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Execution: Follow up on decisions from founder/leadership meetings and ensure timely execution across functions.
  • Track Team Progress: Monitor and report daily/weekly progress of sales, underwriting, support, and data functions.
  • Unblock Teams: Coordinate across teams to resolve operational bottlenecks, communication gaps, or ownership issues.
  • Lead Reviews: Run daily or weekly huddles with teams to drive accountability and alignment.
  • Ensure Visibility: Maintain dashboards or trackers (sheets or tools) for lead conversion, loan processing, customer issues, and other core metrics.
  • Culture Champion: Engage with individual team members regularly to ensure a motivated, open, and collaborative work environment.
  • Be the Founder’s Right Hand: Act as an extension of the CEO to drive clarity, speed, and execution focus across teams.

Ideal Profile

  • 4–8 years of experience in operations, sales execution, or business management roles
  • Experience working in startups, EV, fintech, mobility, lending, or logistics preferred
  • Can work across teams — from salespeople and underwriters to support staff and data folks
  • Strong interpersonal skills — knows when to push, when to support, and how to lead without ego
  • Excellent with Google Sheets / Excel; comfort with CRM or project tools a plus
  • Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Bias for action and clarity — gets things done without getting lost in process
  • Graduate from a reputed college is preferred

  • Sales-to-finance-to-install TAT
  • Operational hygiene (trackers, reviews, reporting)
