We re a team of 70, scaling fast, having achieved $1.5M ARR in our first year, and targeting $15M ARR in the next twelve months.
What You ll Own
- Act as the CEO s right hand: drive strategic hiring and talent sourcing as we rapidly scale every function.
- Prep board decks, investor updates, fundraising pitches, and maintain the external investor tracker.
- Tackle ambiguous problem statements and convert them into actionable plans.
- Operate in chaotic environments and proactively create order from disorder.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, amplify leadership bandwidth, and run daily ops.
- Massive overlap with US work hours expect significant evening availability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Founder-in-the-making with a premium MBA/undergrad pedigree.
- Minimum 3+ years total experience: 2+ years in a fast-growth startup (generalist/biz ops/CoS), PLUS preferred 2+ years in consulting, VC, IB, or PE.
- Relentlessly resourceful, sharp, and resilient under ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Operates on first principles; obsessive attention to detail.
Role & Rewards
