Role: Business Analyst Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site) Role Summary: As a Product Analyst, you will work in the Growth Team to analyze data and provide insights for driving growth. While your primary focus will be on Website/App performance and Growth initiatives, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience, boost conversion rates, and enhance overall performance. Job description Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and business metrics to provide actionable insights that support product and growth decisions. Create, iterate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics. Identify key growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns, customer retention strategies, and product features. Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate new product features and user experience improvements. Monitor and report on KPIs such as user engagement, conversion rates, churn, and lifetime value to ensure we are meeting growth targets. Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a startup or D2C environment. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus). Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and growth strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools is a plus. Nice to Have: Familiarity with eCommerce and D2C business models. Experience working with data visualization tools. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
