Role : Customer Support Associate

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Responsibilities:

Quick Start: We are looking for individuals with self-drive, commitment, and one who will take complete ownership of tasks. Must be able to show attention to detail and be a team player since the role involves working with multiple teams.

1.Order Management

• Managing Logistics Tracker
• Managing queries related to orders
• Coordinating with delivery partners for smooth delivery

2.Customer Servicing

• Handling all customer channels
• Have an empathetic approach
• Time management skills
• Ability to meet deadline

What you need:

• Must have: Written and Spoken communication, weekend working, Empathy.
• Good to have: 1-2years Experience in customer support.
• Technical skills: use Google sheets, Google workspace
• Soft skills: Spoken English, empathy, eye for detail.
