Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.

Property Showings: Scheduling and conducting property tours and open houses for potential buyers or renters.

Market Expertise: Providing clients with insights into current market conditions, property values, and pricing strategies.

Negotiation: Representing clients in negotiations to achieve the best possible price and terms for a sale or rental agreement.

Paperwork and Compliance: Assisting in preparing and managing necessary documentation, such as contracts and leases, and ensuring all transactions comply with real estate laws and regulations.

Marketing: Promoting properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and advertising campaigns, to attract potential clients.
