Executive Operations

Executive operations refers to the strategic and tactical management of a company's daily functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing finances, coordinating projects, and supporting agents and property managers to ensure smooth, profitable operations

Key responsibilities

Strategic planning: Works with upper management to develop strategic facility goals and long-range plans to achieve them.

Financial management: Creates and manages budgets, tracks expenses, and handles financial reporting related to properties and operations.

Project management: Manages real estate projects, from acquisition and due diligence to development and disposal, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Property and facility management: Oversees the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, vendor management, and compliance with safety and health regulations.

Agent and team support: Provides operational and administrative support to sales agents and other teams, helping to streamline transactions and client relations.

Compliance and legal oversight: Ensures all operations and contracts comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Technology and systems: Implements and manages the technology, software, and tools that support the company's operations.

Role in the company

The backbone of the team: Operations executives are crucial for ensuring smooth operations, efficient processes, and the overall success of the real estate business.

Strategic focus: Unlike agents who focus on sales, the operations executive focuses on the internal framework that enables agents and others to be more effective.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
