Role: Chief of Staff

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the operating system of Blissclub

- Lead the development and execution of the company’s AOP and Goal setting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

- Collaborate with department heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with the company's overall objectives

- Track progress against OKRs, identify potential roadblocks, and work with teams to develop action plans to address any issues

2. Operational Excellence

- Design, implement, and manage the Blissclub’s operating framework, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimised for efficiency.

- Monitor the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes

3. Strategic Initiatives and Projects

- Act as the CEO’s right-hand person in driving key strategic projects and initiatives across the company.

-Work closely with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute special projects that align with the company’s long-term goals

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project success

4. Leadership and Communication

-Support the CEO in preparing for leadership meetings, including developing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items

- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring that critical information is effectively communicated and understood.

- Represent the CEO in meetings, presentations, and other interactions as needed

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

- Analyse data related to OKRs, strategic initiatives, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.

- Develop dashboards and other tools to enable real-time tracking of key metrics.

- Ensure the timely and accurate publication of reports to stakeholders, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration from a Tier-1 institute

-Experience: 2+ years of consulting experience, from tier-1 consulting firms

-Exceptional project management and organisational skills.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
