The Opportunity

As

Channel Sales Head – North

, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share by building and scaling our channel partner network across Northern India. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work directly shapes Enerjazz’s growth trajectory, partner ecosystem, and customer reach in one of the country’s most dynamic EV markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Management
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners, dealers, and distributors across Northern India.
  • Design, implement, and manage partner incentive programs to drive engagement and sales performance.
  • Establish structured partner reviews, performance tracking, and regular field visits.
  • Revenue & Market Growth
  • Deliver aggressive sales targets through effective channel strategy and execution.
  • Expand market coverage in key territories—identify whitespace, unlock new cities, and scale penetration.
  • Lead product launches, promotions, and initiatives with channel partners to maximise adoption.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical partner issues, ensuring swift resolution and long-term loyalty.
  • Drive customer success in collaboration with the operations and service teams.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and channel practices—bring actionable insights to internal strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate with the product, supply chain, and marketing teams to customize solutions for the market’s unique needs.
  • Leadership & Reporting
  • Build and mentor a high-performance sales team focused on channel success.
  • Prepare and present periodic business reviews, forecasts, and market analysis to senior leadership.

Required

Skills & Competencies

  • 8+ years’ experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner development, ideally in EV, automotive, batteries, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of building, scaling, and managing multi-city partner networks in North India.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in driving sales KPIs and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred

  • Exposure to the electric mobility or energy storage sector.
  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the EV ecosystem in India.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; additional regional languages a plus.
