Job Description

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at our Global Capability Center (GCC), you will play a pivotal role in leading the HR function for our rapidly expanding operations in India. Reporting directly to the CEO/Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving talent strategy, organizational development, and people operations in alignment with our global standards and local market dynamics. Your strategic leadership will involve developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business objectives and organizational goals. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will drive business transformation through effective people strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives to facilitate rapid scaling and expansion. In the realm of talent management and development, you will design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across various critical functions. Your role will also encompass establishing performance management systems, career development frameworks, leadership development programs, and succession planning initiatives to nurture a world-class workforce. Fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture will be a key focus area. You will work towards developing comprehensive employee value propositions, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives while leading change management efforts during organizational transitions and growth phases. Operational excellence will be another crucial aspect of your role, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, implementing HR technology solutions, and managing the HR budget effectively. Collaborating with global HR teams, regional leadership, external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies will also be essential for effective stakeholder management. Your qualifications should include a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Core competencies required for this role include expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. Strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in HRIS platforms, and proven experience in compensation and benefits programs are essential. Preferred qualifications include industry expertise, experience in mergers or acquisitions, and familiarity with Agile and digital workplace methodologies.
