Job Description – Chief Executive Officer (CEO), FASTA PIZZA

We’re looking for a high-impact CEO to lead FASTA PIZZA, a rapidly scaling QSR brand based in Chennai. The role requires a strategic and execution-focused leader who can drive profitability and expansion across retail outlets, B2B channels, and international export markets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities / KRAs

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

- Define and drive long-term strategic vision and positioning of the brand across domestic and global markets.

- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across formats: retail, institutional, exports, digital.

- Set and execute aggressive expansion plans for franchise and company-owned outlets across Tier 1–3 cities.

Retail (B2C) Operations

- Lead end-to-end P&L for retail operations across multiple formats (dine-in, takeaway, cloud kitchen).

- Improve store-level profitability by optimizing costs, staffing, and throughput.

- Implement SOPs and performance metrics across outlet operations for consistency and efficiency.

- Oversee menu innovation, pricing strategy, and customer experience enhancement.

B2B Business Development

- Build and scale institutional sales vertical: corporate catering, airline/railway catering, bulk orders, private label partnerships, and HoReCa.

- Develop strategic alliances with food aggregators, hotel chains, educational institutions, and corporate clients.

- Streamline backend operations and packaging solutions tailored for B2B customers.

Exports & International Expansion

- Identify international markets (GCC, SEA, EU, etc.) for packaged product lines or retail footprint.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, HACCP, and other international food safety standards.

- Build export channel partnerships and manage documentation, logistics, and brand integrity abroad.

Financial Management

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, fundraising, and board reporting.

- Own full P&L accountability and EBITDA expansion across all verticals.

- Establish strong MIS, data systems, and financial governance.

Branding, Marketing & Digital

- Oversee brand strategy across ATL, BTL, digital marketing, influencer tie-ups, and app growth.

- Lead the digital transformation of customer journey including loyalty programs, POS upgrades, and mobile ordering.

Team & Culture

- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team.

- Foster a values-driven culture centered on agility, accountability, and customer obsession.

- Champion L&D, internal promotions, and leadership pipelines at the store and corporate level.

Ideal Profile

- 15–25 years in QSR/F&B/FMCG, with at least 5 years in CXO/Business Head role.

- Proven success in scaling multi-channel businesses (Retail, B2B, Exports).

- Hands-on experience in franchise management, central kitchen operations, and new market entry.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial and operational acumen.

- MBA preferred. Familiarity with Chennai/Tamil Nadu ecosystem a plus.
