• Drive the brand’s strategic and financial roadmap.
• Lead nationwide franchise expansion — from onboarding to success management.
• Oversee P&L, operations, and partner network growth.
• Build scalable systems for marketing, people, and community engagement.
• Partner with the Founder to align Danzofit’s global vision with business execution.
• Lead innovation in fitness formats, tech integration, and digital engagement.
• Represent Danzofit as the face of women’s wellness transformation in India and beyond.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of leadership experience in

  consumer brands / fitness / wellness / lifestyle / franchising.

• Proven experience in

  scaling a brand or business across markets.

• Strong business acumen + empathy-driven leadership.
• Deep belief in

  women’s empowerment, holistic wellness, and preventive health.

• A visionary who thrives on building, not maintaining.
