Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Fitness Instructor located in Pune. The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading group exercise sessions, providing fitness instruction, and offering personal training guidance. Daily tasks will include demonstrating exercises, correcting form, motivating participants, and ensuring a safe exercise environment. The instructor will also engage with participants, offering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills Experience in Personal Training and the Fitness Industry Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and motivational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in fitness training or a related field is a plus Knowledge of health and wellness guidelines Show more Show less
