Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, results-driven group classes that inspire our members and deliver a top-tier fitness experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, thrives on high energy, and knows how to motivate groups. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-energy group fitness classes (HIIT, functional training, kickboxing-based workouts, etc.). Create structured and creative workouts suitable for various fitness levels. Deliver exceptional class experiences that align with the Beatbox Fitness brand. Monitor participants to ensure proper form and safety. Build rapport with members and support them in achieving fitness goals. Maintain a clean, professional, and motivating studio environment. Collaborate with the training team for continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in group fitness or personal training. Strong command of class instruction, time management, and workout programming. Certified in Group Fitness / Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent). Energetic, confident, and passionate about helping others get fit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
