Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role located in Vadodara. The CEO will oversee and manage the organization’s strategic direction, financial operations, and business performance while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals. Key responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, leading business planning processes, overseeing sales and revenue growth, and managing the strategic planning for various business initiatives. The CEO will also collaborate with leadership to ensure sustainable growth and industry innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and organizational efficiency.
• Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning to guide the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive Sales and business development efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to manage teams and foster collaborative relationships.
• Proven track record in leading organizational growth and innovation, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
• Advanced degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
