As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

Role Overview

The CEO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of 88 Digital Co, responsible for shaping vision, driving profitability, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with a strong understanding of digital marketing, business strategy, and brand building — and the ability to inspire teams toward shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels to scale operations.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all functions — marketing, business development, client success, finance, and people — ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and empower the leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and growth.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Brand & Market Presence: Represent 88 Digital Co as the face of the company — in client relationships, media, and industry forums.
• Innovation & Digital Transformation: Drive adoption of emerging technologies and digital trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within digital marketing, creative agencies, or business consulting.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of scaling teams and revenue.
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems — including performance marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
