Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure books of accounts are maintained as per statutory and company policies. Conduct ledger scrutiny and reconciliations (banks, vendors, customers). 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense claims on time. Ensure proper approvals and documentation for AP/AR entries. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for timely collection. Maintain ageing reports and highlight overdue accounts. 3. Compliance & Taxation Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory regulations. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in statutory audits. Support auditors in providing necessary data, schedules, and clarifications. 4. Internal Controls & Audit Support Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit trails for all accounting entries. Assist in implementing internal controls to minimize risks and errors.
