Sales Target Achievement

• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and repeat business

Customer Acquisition

• Identifying and converting new leads into customers
• Expanding the customer base in assigned territories or segments

Customer Relationship Management

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Lead Management

• Timely follow-up on leads from marketing or self-generated sources
• Effective use of CRM tools to track and manage sales pipeline

Market Development

• Identifying new markets and business opportunities
• Conducting competitor analysis and market trend assessments

Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Understanding and effectively communicating product features and benefits
• Conducting product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs

Negotiation & Closing

• Leading pricing and commercial negotiations
• Converting prospects into sales while protecting margin targets

Reporting & Documentation

• Preparing accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Maintaining complete records of sales activities and client interactions

Collection & Receivables

• Ensuring timely payment collection from customers
• Coordinating with the accounts team to resolve billing or payment issues

Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Coordinating with marketing, operations, and support teams
• Sharing customer feedback for product/service improvement
