Job Description Sales Manager

Location: Ramganj Mandi, Kota (Rajasthan)

Industry: Kota Stone / Natural Stone

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for our Kota Stone business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer and customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Kota Stone products
• Manage and grow dealer, distributor, and direct customer network
• Generate new business leads and expand into new markets
• Handle price negotiations, quotations, and order finalization
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
• Monitor daily sales activities, targets, and performance
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-ups
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand
• Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review
• Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer visits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in stone, tiles, marble, granite, or building materials
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and dealer-based markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle field sales and travel as required
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Google Sheets / Excel
• Result-oriented with strong leadership and team coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Kota Stone industry or similar natural stone business
• Local market knowledge of Rajasthan / nearby states
