Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the

  Mechanical Engineering Services

  portfolio.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new clients from

  Automotive, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering

  domains.
• Promote services such as:
• 3D Modelling & Drafting (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX)
• Tooling & Fixture Design (Welding, Assembly, Machining)
• Automation Systems (Hydraulic/Pneumatic, PLC-based)
• Reverse Engineering & Prototyping
• CAD/CAE Engineering Support
• Product Design & Development
• Build strong long-term relationships with Engineering Managers, Program Managers, Global Sourcing Heads, and R&D teams.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Work closely with mechanical engineering teams to create accurate proposals, cost estimates, SOWs, and project plans.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and capabilities overviews to clients.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Attend industrial events, exhibitions, and engineering forums to generate qualified leads.

Requirements

• MBA in Sales & Marketing

  (mandatory)

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical Engineering or related field

  preferred.
• Proven experience in Business Development for

  Mechanical Engineering Services, Automation, Manufacturing Services, Product Design, or Tooling Solutions

  .
• Strong understanding of:
• CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX)
• Fixture design, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups
• Mechanical automation (Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Actuators)
• Manufacturing processes (Fabrication, Machining, Welding)
• Engineering documentation & PLM processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience selling

  mechanical design, tooling, automation, or manufacturing engineering services

  .
• Exposure to US or Middle East engineering markets is an added advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
