Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting comprehensive market research to identify business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing strategies for business growth, and assisting with client onboarding and follow-up processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, client data, and business opportunities
• Excellent Communication Skills, including verbal and written, for client interaction and report preparation
• Experience with Lead Generation and effective Market Research techniques
• Proven Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in business tools and platforms used for market analysis and presentations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or MSME sector is an advantage
