Role Summary

proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager/Business Advisor

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial goals and provide appropriate investment guidance.
• Assist clients with opening and managing Demat accounts, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth execution of trades.
• Stay updated on stock market developments and effectively communicate relevant insights to clients.
• Resolve client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, with a focus on the stock market. Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products (added advantage).
• Candidates with good communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Good understanding of KYC and account management processes.
• Immediate joining will be highly preferable.
