About the Role

Business Development & Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, connect, and close B2C, B2B, and institutional partnerships — schools, NGOs, and educational bodies.
  • Draft proposals,

    MoUs

    , and partnership agreements in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Develop

    sales pitches, demo decks, and product walkthroughs

    tailored to each audience.
  • Conduct

    outreach via email, calls, and in-person meetings

    , and manage the full sales lifecycle.
  • Build partnerships for bulk institutional onboarding and

    district/state-level deployments

  • Research and attend relevant

    education & AI industry events

    to generate leads.
  • Maintain and grow the

    CRM pipeline

    , ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.

2️⃣ Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Own customer experience

    post-sale

  • Build long-term trust and relationships with school leaders, teachers, and administrators.
  • Conduct periodic

    check-ins, feedback surveys, and success reviews

    with clients.
  • Coordinate with product and tech teams to address customer issues or feature requests.

    through proactive engagement and personalized support.
  • Document user insights, usage data, and pain points for continuous product improvement.

3️⃣ Strategic Growth & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    sales forecasting, pricing discussions, and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, Education, or Technology

  • 2–5 years of experience

    in Business Development, Partnerships, or Customer Success (EdTech or SaaS preferred).
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Proven ability to manage

    end-to-end sales cycles and customer accounts

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills (Google Workspace, CRM tools like HubSpot/Zoho).
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for
