Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. The role also requires conducting market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with the internal team to meet revenue goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Ability to perform market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency with CRM tools and business productivity software Proven experience in technology or digital transformation sectors is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
