Role Description Business Development Manager identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships and foster strategic partnerships, develops and executes strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets securing high-value contracts, that align with the company's long-term growth objectives. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, developing and pitching growth strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategy: Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities: Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry data to find new markets, services, and partnerships. Client acquisition and relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including key stakeholders, project managers, and end-users. Develop and present proposals: Create professional business proposals, reports, and presentations to highlight the company's value proposition. Negotiate contracts: Manage the negotiation and execution of supply contracts and Master Service Agreements. Collaborate internally: Work with internal teams, such as technical and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination. Manage sales data: Accurately enter and manage sales data and updates within the company system. Qualifications and skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) & MBA is a plus. Experience: A minimum of 10 - 12 of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the oil and gas industry. Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of oil and gas market dynamics, trends, and regulations is crucial.
