We have Two New Open Positions BDM for US Staffing & US Staffing RPO Services Job Title: Business Development Manager – US Staffing Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 5+ Years in US Staffing Business Development Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in US IT Staffing to drive new client acquisition and strategic account growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with direct clients , implementation partners , and VMS/MSP programs . Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities in the US IT staffing space through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors , and MSP/VMS providers . Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable staffing solutions. Coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver quality profiles and ensure timely closures. Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM tools. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development Strong client database and proven record of client acquisition Familiarity with C2C, W2, and 1099 employment models Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision Job Title: Business Development Manager – US Staffing RPO Services Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 5+ Years in RPO/Staffing Business Development (US Market) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our US Staffing RPO services sales. This role involves acquiring RPO clients, creating long-term value, and collaborating with internal delivery teams to execute recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Drive new RPO client acquisition through outreach and strategic targeting Pitch RPO services to mid-size to large US staffing firms and direct clients Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing Create and deliver compelling proposals and pricing models Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery Stay updated on RPO trends , client expectations, and competitive offerings Maintain CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in US Staffing RPO business development Proven experience in onboarding RPO clients and growing revenue Strong understanding of RPO service models (onshore, offshore, hybrid) Excellent relationship-building and client engagement skills Experience in working with US-based staffing agencies or consulting firms Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills Show more Show less
