Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kolkata , Chennai, Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Proficiency in developing proposals and presentations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
B.tech in Mechanical engineering, MBA in Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the safety and industrial equipment industry is a plus
