About Career Craft Academy:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales by onboarding colleges, universities, and training institutions for our EdTech solutions.
• Identify and build strategic relationships with academic institutions and corporate partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting, pitching, proposal creation to deal closure.
• Promote Career Craft Academy’s value-added, internship, and career shaping programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and institutional account management post-deal.
  

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the EdTech, Higher Education, or Skilling sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of institutional/academic sales processes.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Travel is compulsory – must be willing and ready to travel extensively across regions.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
