Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Manager / Business Development Manager to drive the placement and growth of our brand across online and offline marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and implementing strategies to increase brand reach and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Placement, Identify, onboard, and manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Develop partnerships to strengthen brand visibility
• Planning & Sourcing, Plan product assortment and seasonal launches
• Coordinate with sourcing teams for timely procurement
• Optimize pricing and promotions to drive sales
• Business Development & Growth Strategy
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic alliances
• Negotiate and close business deals
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting, Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates
• Track KPIs for growth and report to senior management
• Recommend action plans based on insights
• Expand brand presence in offline retail and modern trade channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or business development
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and retail sales channels
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
