We are seeking a motivated and execution-driven individual for BD & Alliances to expand our institutional and community partnerships. This strategic role demands a strong mix of leadership, execution, and relationship-building to develop alliances across special needs schools, therapy centres, NGOs, wellness clinics, and corporates. You will drive the alliance function with full ownership of partner strategy, team leadership, on-ground execution, and revenue impact. Role is for a Baynine incubated company.
Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Drive the business development and alliances roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Build a robust partner ecosystem to scale adoption of offerings.
• Identify new verticals for institutional alliances and develop customized entry strategies.
Partnership Development
• Oversee onboarding and nurturing of partnerships with special needs schools, health centres, corporates, NGOs, and other institutions.
• Develop high-impact proposals and commercial structures to maximize value for both parties.
• Negotiate terms and close large-scale alliances, MOUs, or contracts.
Team Management
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing BD & field alliances team.
• Define team KPIs and provide strategic guidance, training, and support for execution.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure alignment with organizational OKRs.
Field Operations Oversight
• Monitor execution across geographies through field visits, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure consistency in partner engagement, demos, training, and last-mile delivery.
•Resolve escalations and maintain high partner satisfaction levels.
Revenue & Conversion Ownership
• Drive revenue targets through partner channels, institutional activations, and channel optimization.
• Track acquisition, retention, engagement, and performance metrics with data-backed insights.
• Leverage CRM tools and dashboards to maintain visibility and control over funnel health.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support GTM strategy and partner success.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams for pitch decks, collaterals, and campaign assets.
• Channel market intelligence and partner feedback into strategy refinement and innovation.
• 4-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales (preferably in health, wellness, or EdTech sectors).
• Proven track record of team leadership and managing end-to-end BD operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
• MBA or equivalent degree from Premium Institute
• Experience in working with healthcare/insurance/CSR/education sectors.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and reporting frameworks.
