Position: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Navi Mumbai Experience Required: 2–3 Years Industry Preference: Healthcare, Wellness, or D2C Health Products Role Overview We’re seeking a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and scale paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, Google, Quora, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter). This role involves a mix of execution, analytics, and strategy—focusing on driving measurable outcomes through precise targeting, optimization, and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate closely with our Tech, Growth, and Creative teams to ensure high-impact campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, Quora, and X Optimize targeting, creatives, and conversion funnels through rigorous A/B testing Set up and manage UTMs, events, and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Collaborate with the tech team to ensure proper pixel setup and accurate event tracking Monitor and report on key performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, Spend Efficiency, Funnel Drop-offs Build and maintain custom dashboards in Looker Studio, Meta Reports, or GA4 Drive weekly performance reporting cycles with actionable insights and experimentation plans Ensure compliance with platform-specific healthcare advertising guidelines If interested kindly mail me at [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
