Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Status: Full Time

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing their

industry position, and evaluating sales potential.

  • Plan and conduct sales visits to engage with potential clients and showcase offerings.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social

media platforms.

  • Represent the agency at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to expand

reach and visibility.

  • Present services and solutions effectively to prospects and clients, tailoring pitches to

their needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and proposals to successfully achieve monthly and annual

revenue targets.

  • Foster long-term client relationships by offering support, insights, and guidance,

while identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancements.

  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify service improvements

and stay ahead in the market.

  • Prepare regular sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key

information.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and contribute to overall

business success.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, social media,
  • website development, and both organic & paid marketing.
