You’ll own end-to-end Go-to-Market execution for IDfy’s enterprise propositions—turning strategy into action, action into pipeline, and pipeline into adoption.

This is a deeply hands-on role: campaigns, workflows, events, follow-ups, CRM mastery, stakeholder alignment—you’ll run it all with precision and speed.

  • Are a CRM nerd (HubSpot preferred) who enjoys building workflows, tracking data, and measuring impact.
  • Are great at talking to humans—clients, prospects, partners, sales teams—and turning conversations into outcomes.
  • Can quickly understand complex enterprise solutions and explain their value with clarity.
  • Enjoy being the glue between Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and external stakeholders.
  • Believe follow-ups, clean data, and well-run workflows are the difference between “activity” and “impact.”


Here’s What Your Day Would Look Like

  • Execute full-funnel GTM campaigns across target enterprise segments—right from planning to outreach to reporting.
  • Build, optimise, and maintain lead workflows ensuring zero drop-offs between campaigns and Sales.
  • Drive pipeline: prospecting, event engagement, lead capture, list building, nurturing, follow-ups.
  • Use HubSpot (or Salesforce/Salesloft/Outreach) to run campaigns, track performance, manage data, and report on pipeline/adoption metrics.
  • Attend industry events to generate top-quality pipeline—capture leads, support demos, run on-ground enablement, and ensure post-event conversions.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to refine messaging, improve targeting, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns.
  • Support Sales Enablement with content, decks, demos, and collateral needed for active cycles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders for continuous pipeline creation.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance—turning insights into optimisations.
