In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of compliance, banking operations, and strategic research, playing a key part in ensuring KYC/KYB compliance, supporting financial operations, and driving insights. Key Responsibilities Support KYC/KYB verification processes for individual and business clients Assist with ongoing compliance checks and reporting requirements Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure internal processes align with them Handle daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfer Coordinate with banks, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow Support internal decision-making by preparing briefs and memos on operational or regulatory topics Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 1.5–2 years of experience in finance, operations, banking, or compliance roles (fintech/crypto preferred) Familiarity with KYC/KYB processes and AML best practices Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Comfort working with banking systems, spreadsheets, and reconciliation tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion Show more Show less
