FinOps Associate

• Manage day-to-day

  banking transactions

  , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute and monitor

  OTC trades

  with partners and counterparties.
• Perform

  transaction reconciliations

  across bank accounts, wallets, and internal systems.
• Support

  negotiations

  with liquidity providers, banks, and counterparties to optimize terms.
• Prepare and maintain accurate

  records of settlements, cash flows, and trade confirmations

  .
• Liaise with external partners (banks, brokers, service providers) and internal teams (compliance, operations, finance).
• Assist in

  process improvements

  to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  .
• 1–3 years of experience in

  financial operations, treasury, or trading support

  (preferably fintech, banking, or payments).
• Strong understanding of

  banking operations, settlements, and reconciliations

  .
• Familiarity with

  OTC trading

  and financial instruments is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with treasury systems is an advantage.
