Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Business Development & Growth professional to assist in expanding our user base and partnerships. As a key player in Carrets" growth strategy, you will spearhead business development outreach, content creation, and organic campaigns to enhance awareness, trust, and conversions. This role offers significant impact, rapid learning opportunities, autonomy from the outset, and direct engagement with the company's founders. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with partners such as neobanks, fintechs, wallets, remittance apps, SaaS exporters, and service platforms. - Managing the entire business development lifecycle, from initial contact to deal closure, while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential integrations and partnerships. - Collaborating with partners on co-marketing initiatives, launches, and ongoing engagement to boost transaction volumes. - Working closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to successfully launch and scale partner integrations. - Creating compelling content and go-to-market assets tailored to different partner verticals, including landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and decks. - Collaborating with SEO experts to enhance organic visibility and driving Carrets" value proposition across various channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring key metrics across channels and partnerships to refine growth strategies based on insights. - Analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities, and staying informed about industry trends. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills, trust-building abilities, and a proactive approach to project management. - Juggling multiple partner conversations, coordinating timelines effectively, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. - Prioritizing high-impact partnership opportunities aligned with the company's go-to-market roadmap. - Possessing a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem or a keen interest in learning about it. - Having prior experience in fintech would be highly advantageous. If you have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, growth, or partnerships (experience in crypto, fintech, or SaaS is beneficial), excel in communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.,
