We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in Supply Chain operations to support our client’s digital and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate must bring proven experience in business analysis, supply chain processes, and technical tools like SQL, Power BI, and Jira, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain functions to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare user stories, Functional requirement document (FRD), Business requirement document (BRD), Meta data document (MDD), Workflows, and Functional specifications
• Extract and manage data from various sources (ERP, ETL, Excel, databases) • Manage and track requirements using Jira in an Agile environment
• Understanding of business simulation testing (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Support solution design and testing, including UAT coordination
• Test dashboards, reports and applications on tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery, stock turnover, lead times and other KPI of supply chain.
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Strong experience in Supply Chain domain
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira for project tracking
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of Data Modelling concepts and ability to collaborate with data teams
• Experience with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Management, Basic of Warehouse Management System, Manufacturing Processes and Quality Management Systems
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Should have knowledge of SDLC
• Exposure to ERP/SCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with business process modelling and diagramming tools
