About the Role:

detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze

  business requirements

  from stakeholders and clients.
• Translate business needs into

  functional specifications

  , user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct detailed

  business process analysis

  and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

  product management, development, QA, and operations

  to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to define project scope and deliverables.
  
• Support the creation of

  project documentation

  such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user manuals.
• Assist in developing

  data-driven insights and reports

  to support business decisions.

Key Skills :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• Proven experience as a

  Business Analyst

  or similar role in IT, finance, or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of

  business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation

  .
• Experience with tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or Trello

  .
• Proficiency in

  data analysis and reporting tools

  (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau preferred).
