About the Role

The Brand Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in securing brand collaborations, identifying new business opportunities, and leading conversations with agencies and marketing teams. You will work closely with our creative, production, and strategy teams to conceptualize and deliver compelling branded stories that bring measurable value to clients and audiences. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively identify and acquire new corporate clients through targeted outreach and strategic networking, with a focus on long term partnership development. 
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with advertising agencies to position VineGarden Films as the preferred film production house for creating ad films. 
  • Pitch and present creative film and media solutions to decision makers, using data and industry trends to demonstrate value, ROI, and innovation. 
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle—including lead generation, needs assessment, tailored proposals, negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management. 
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for content development and localization services, expanding the company’s footprint beyond film production. 
  • Develop and execute short and long term business development strategies in collaboration with the leadership team, aligning activities with company goals. 
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue targets, and pipeline progress to ensure objectives are met or exceeded. 
  • Negotiate and review contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all new agreements. 
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, data analytics, and AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making and sales approaches. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, building brand presence, and developing market intelligence. 
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and clients to deliver seamless, tailored solutions. 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 5–7 years’ direct experience in business development, ideally in film production, creative agencies, or media/content driven organizations. 

Essential Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree/MBA in business, marketing, or a related discipline. 
  • Strong understanding of advertising films and branded content. 
  • Passion for creative storytelling and enthusiasm for innovation within the film and media landscape. 
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and partnership targets in a B2B environment. 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and strategize for sustainable growth. 
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, and contract management within media/creative industries. 
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and basic understanding of AI applications in business. 
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in both independent and collaborative, cross-functional settings.
