About the Role :

Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Management

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Develop brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis.

2. Creative & Design Leadership

• Lead and mentor the design team for high-quality output.
• Manage briefs, creative direction, and workflows.
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets.

3. Marketing Communication & Content

• Create sales collaterals, presentations, newsletters, case studies, videos, and mailers.
• Manage monthly content calendars across social, email, and web.
• Ensure alignment with sales, product, and leadership.

4. Digital & Social Media

• Manage brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and communities.
• Execute campaigns to drive engagement and visibility.
• Track performance and optimize across channels.

5. Events & Offline Marketing

• Plan webinars, workshops, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage pre- and post-event communication.

6. Sales Enablement

• Develop sales decks, brochures, case studies, and explainers.
• Support sales teams with high-quality collaterals and nurturing assets.

7. Reporting & Analytics

• Build dashboards and track marketing KPIs.
• Use insights to optimize campaigns and report to leadership.

Requirements :

• 3–4 years in brand management or marketing communications.
• Experience leading a creative/design team.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, content, and visual communication.
• Experience with marketing planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience across social, email, community, and event marketing.
• Impeccable communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Mailchimp, Notion, Canva/Figma, and analytics tools.
• Exposure to performance marketing (optional).
