Join us if the journey of building one of the most loved lifestyle brands from India excites you. We are looking to expand our Brand Marketing team and are in search for a marketing enthusiasts who would play a key role in executing brand strategies to achieve business goals.
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Build and execute the brand strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own brand identity, voice, and storytelling across all channels.
• Develop season launches and long-term brand growth roadmaps.
2. Campaign & Content Leadership
• Lead campaign ideation, seasonal themes, and narrative creation.
• Own 360° content delivery — social, performance, email, brand films, look-books, etc
• Drive creative excellence and ensure brand consistency in all assets.
3. Social-Media & Community Growth
• Plan social-first editorial calendars aligned with product launches.
• Build conversations and engagement with the evolving Andamen community.
• Leverage insights and trends to drive relevance and organic growth.
4. Photoshoot & Production Management
• Oversee shoots end-to-end — casting, styling, production coordination & timelines.
• Ensure brand-forward visuals with premium aesthetics.
5. Influencer Management & Strategy
• Identify, onboard & manage influencers aligned to brand ethos.
• Drive brand reach through partnerships, collaborations & press exposure.
6. Customer Acquisition & Retention
• Collaborate with performance and CRM to ensure effective funnel communication.
• Drive improvements in brand recall, conversion, and repeat customer metrics.
7. Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Track key brand and business KPIs — engagement, conversions, sell-through.
• Translate insights into action and optimization plans.
8. Budget & Performance Analysis
• Strategically manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Track key metrics and ROI, translating insights into continuous performance improvements.
• 6-7 years of marketing experience in marketing.
• Preference for candidates with fashion experience or interest.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Literature, Fashion, Communications, Media Studies, or Public Relations.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a must.
• Excellent content creation skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational, time-management & multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Passionate and love doing more things beyond boundaries
• Someone who can work from our Gurgaon office, 5 days a week.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
