Job Summary : We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Associate to support financial operations in our fast-paced promotional marketing company. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including payables, receivables, and project-based tracking, while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities · General Day-to-Day Accounting · Process vendor invoices and match with purchase orders · Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor records · Accounts Receivable/Payables · Generate and send client invoices based on project milestones · Track receivables and reconcile payments · Track income and expenses per campaign · Assist with cost reports, budgets, and collaborating with project managers · General Ledger & Reporting · Support month-end close and journal entries · Maintain ledgers and assist in financial reporting · Administrative Support · Assist with payroll and document organization · Uphold confidentiality and data accuracy Qualifications · Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field · 1–3 years in accounting/bookkeeping (marketing or agency experience a plus) · Skilled in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel · Strong organizational and communication skills Nice to Have : · Experience with job costing or project-based accounting. · Background in creative or promotional industries. · Understanding of billing and tax for promotional items.
